Security
We recognise the importance of security when ordering online. We use the Secure Server Ordering System hosted with HSBC Secure ePayments, utilising industry-standard Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts all your personal information and credit card details into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

Stock Availability
We are normally in stock of all our products. In the unlikely event that you order something that is out of stock, we will inform you promptly by email when you can expect your goods.

Ordering/Payment
Online: Select 'Add Ticked items to Basket' when you have chosen the size/colour of the items you want to buy. Review your shopping basket and make any changes you want. Complete the payment and delivery details requested. You will receive an electronic receipt (by email) with an order reference number allowing you to track your order by contacting us. If you do not wish to enter your credit/debit card number, contact us using the details above.

Credit and debit cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Connect, American Express or Diners Club.

We do not take payment until the day your order is despatched.

Delivery
You will normally receive your goods within 10 working days.

Delivery Charges
If we need to send you more than one package, you only pay once per order.

Postage is FREE on all orders over £100. We send all our packages by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We can deliver to your home address or any other address you specify e.g. your office or a neighbour who is at home during the day.

Returns Policy
Our aim is total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any purchase. Please return it to us immediately. We will refund or exchange any item subject to its return unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your post office, since we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
